Pull won and open deals from the builder's CRM into jobs. Idempotent — re-pulling never duplicates. Manual CSV import lives on the Jobs tab.
Each builder connects their own CRM. Their token is stored securely and never shown again. Save the token below, then pull.
Stage webhook
Let the builder's system (ClickHome, Framework, or any middleware) push "job reached stage X" so surveys queue automatically — no one has to mark stages by hand. Match is by job reference, email or mobile; the stage accepts the key or the label.

Give this builder a read-only login scoped to their own data. The token is shown once; rotating it revokes the previous one.
